Played Flower, Mirrors Edge and LBP GOTY today for about an hour.(yeah I listed 3 games but I get bored quickly so i switch games a lot) Sadly I couldn't play longer due to being dragged to the USC campus. So as I update my gamer plays I'm on an Apple.. The apple comps are cool but the mouse is too sensitive for my liking. I love the keyboard though.
(Got off topic of the post.. oops sorry)
Anyways, I'll be online a little bit tonight hopefully I see some of you online.

How is Flower? What kinda game is it?

Flower is a fun game. I believe its only on the PS3. But you move the whole controller to move the flower pedals. There are 6 levels and the game itself is absolutely beautiful and the music is relaxing. @simon1976au I am doing okay. Just heading off to bed. :)

I'm not far in it, but so far it's awesome. And very bright. Its a first person action game (jumping, climbing, shooting, hand-to-hand, etc). where you're encouraged to disarm your opponents instead of killing them. The downside is the controls. They get to be a little much and could be simpler, ala Assassin's Creed's freerun. The wall run to wall jump to ledge hang in the tutorial took a while to nail.

ah, yeah I got the freerunning from the demo movie I saw, I just wasn't sure what else you had to do in the game, like did you just run from bad guys or what.

@CrazyPhish So far I've been running from the Police. The overall tone of the game to this point is Us vs. Law Enforcement/BigGovenment.

@Reiaze That's interesting. I've never heard about disarming an opponent as being part of a game. I like the idea. Constantly shooting people gets boring pretty fast.

@Reiaze I'd say it's more of a freedom of information vibe than just Little Guy vs. Big Government. The couriers (like Faith) are the only means of reliable, free press in the city, which is why they're hunted by the government.
